About me: I am a graduate student in the MS Robotics program at Oregon State University, working as a Research Assistant with Professor Houssam Abbas. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), India. My passion lies in building autonomous systems that integrate both hardware and software. I have extensive experience in developing and implementing perception, planning, and control algorithms for mobile robots. My work includes designing custom navigation solutions, optimizing motion planning, and ensuring robust system performance. During my internships at Trossen Robotics, INRIA, and Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz, I contributed to various projects, from autonomous navigation systems to safety-critical robotics applications. I have hands-on experience with ROS 2, C++, Python, and tools like Docker and PyTorch. I am dedicated to advancing the field of robotics by creating safe, reliable, and efficient autonomous systems that can operate in diverse and challenging environments.
