I had an opportunity to complete a six month internship (Oct'20 to Apr'21) with team CHROMA (INRIA, France) under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Christian Laugier and Dr. Alessandro Renzaglia.
During the internship, I got introduced to multiple approaches of DATMO and collision risk estimation. I developed a novel method to estimate probabilistic collision risk based on reachability spaces in real-time. This method was validated on the KITTI dataset and by creating collision scenarios in the Carla simulator. The research paper on this work will be presented at ICAR' 21.
